AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
1976 REVISION, AS AMENDED; BT AMENDING ARTICLE II; LAND
'DRILLING, DIVISION 5; DRILLING`AND OPERATING PERMITS, BY
END NG SECTION 35 -10 , TRANSFER OF PERMIT, BY DELETING
THE INTRODUCTORY PHRASE, "ANY TIME WITHIN ONE YEAR FROM
DATE OF ISSUE ", SO AS TO REMOVE THE ONE -YEAR LIMIT ON
TRANSFER OF DRILLING PERMITS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
SECTION 1. That Article II, LAND DRILLING, Division 5, DRILLING
AND OPERATING PERMITS, of the Code of Ordinances, City of Corpus Christi,
1976 Revision, be and the same is hereby amended by amending Section 35 -107,
Transfer of Permit, by deleting the introductory phrase, "Any time within
one year from date of issue ", so as to remove the one -year limit on transfer
of drilling permits.
