AN ORDINANCE
ADOPTING SUPPLEMENT NO. 2 TO THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS; ADOPTING AND
READOPTING ORDINANCE NOS. 13121 AND 13655; INSTRUCTING
THE CITY SECRETARY TO PROPERLY FILE THIS SUPPLEMENT;
AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That Supplement No. 1 to the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A"
is hereby made a part of the official Code of Ordinances of the City of
Corpus Christi, Texas.
SECTION 2. The provisions and exceptions contained in Ordinance
Nos. 13121 and 13655 are hereby adopted and readopted and made a part of
this ordinance.
SECTION 3. The City Secretary is hereby instructed to insert the
pages of this supplement in the appropriate places of the official copy of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Corpus Christi, said official copy
being on file in the City Secretary's office.
SECTION 4. Publication shall be made one time in the official
publication of the City of Corpus Christi, by publishing the caption of this
ordinance, stating in substance the purpose of the ordinance.
