AN ORDINANCE
ESTABLISHING A FEE FOR DUPLICATION OF IMMUNIZATION
RECORDS; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES I'N CONFLICT HERE-
WITH; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; PROVIDING FOR
PUBLICATION.
WHEREAS, it is necessary for immunization records to remain on
file; and
WHEREAS, enrollment in schools is contingent upon the showing of
such records;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. A fee of $1.00 is hereby established to cover the
costs of duplication of immunization records.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith shall be and are hereby repealed.
w SECTION 3. Publication shall be made one time in the official
publication of the City of Corpus Christi, by publishing the caption of this
ordinance, stating in substance the purpose of the ordinance.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall become effective upon its final
f passage and publication as required in Section 3.
