on 833 West Avenue J in Robstown, Texas. This has been the location
of the Center for a year and a half. Previously, Senior Community
Services operated two small centers in Robstown. The Tampico Res-
taurant location represents a combining of the two small meal sites
and a consolidation of services.
The Robstown Center offers a noonday meal, recreational services which
include dancing, sewing, pool, crocheting, bingo and excursions. So-
cial services such as outreach, escort, health and welfare counseling

Community Services to-locate the Robstown Center in the old Nueces County
building. The building is now leased to the Community Action Agency by
the County. The Community Action Agency has plans to convert the building
into multipurpose use. The Coastal Bend Legal Aid presently has space in
the building. Other agencies, including Senior Community Services, also
plan to locate in spaces adjacent to the Legal Aid offices. A fee will not o
be charged for rental of the space. Utilities will be prorated to all a-
gencies in the building.
The space to be assigned for the Robstown Center is approximately 1200
square feet which will include a center and office space. The space is
now being used for storage space and must be prepared for use as a
senior center. The following preparation must be made in order to ready
