AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
1976 REVISION, AS AMENDED, BY AMENDING SECTION 53 -252,
SCHEDULE III, PARKING'PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN
STREETS, BY ADDING THERETO AN ITEM WHICH WILL PROHIBIT
PARKING AT ALL TIMES ON KOSTORYZ ROAD, BOTH SIDES, FROM
SOUTH PADRE ISLAND DRIVE TO TIGER LANE: AND PROVIDING
FOR PUBLICATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the Code of Ordinances, City of Corpus Christi,
1976 Revision, be and same is hereby amended by amending Section 53 -252,
Schedule III - PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS, by adding
thereto the following item:
KOSTORYZ ROAD, both sides from South Padre Island Drive
to Tiger Lane.
SECTION 2. Publication shall be made one time in the official
publication of the City of Corpus Christi, by publishing the caption of
this ordinance, stating in substance the purpose of the ordinance.

Sample moved and Juarez
seconded the motion to amend the ordinance prohibiting parking on both
sides of Kostoryz Road from Padre Island Drive to Holly Road, read on the
first two of three readings on May 31, 1978 and June 7, 1978, by prohibit-
ing parking on Kostoryz Road, both sides, from Padre Island Drive to
Tiger Lane.
