AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
1976 REVISION, AS AMENDED, BY AMENDING SECTION 53 -253,
SCHEDULE IV - STOPPING, STANDING OR PARKING PROHIBITED
DURING CERTAIN HOURS ON CERTAIN STREETS, BY ADDING
THERETO TWO ITEMS SO AS TO PROHIBIT STOPPING, STANDING
OR PARKING ON:
1. Everhart Road, the northwest side, from Donegal
Drive to Saratoga Boulevard, between the hours
of 4:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M. daily, except weekends
and holidays, and
2. Everhart Road, the southeast side, from Donegal
Drive to Saratoga Boulevard, between the hours
of 7:00 A.M. and 9:00 A.M. daily, except weekends
..and holidays;
AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the Code of Ordinances, City of Corpus Christi,
1976 Revision, as amended, be amended by adding to Section 53 -253, Schedule
IV - Stopping, standing or parking prohibited during certain hours on
certain streets, the following provisions:
NAME OF STREET HOURS STOPPING STANDING
OR PARKING PROHIBITED
Everhart Road, the northwest side,
from Donegal Drive to Saratoga
Boulevard Between 4:00 P.M. and
6:00 P.M. daily, except
weekends and holidays
Everhart Road, the southeast side,
from Donegal Drive to Saratoga
_ Boulevard Between 7:00 A.M. and
9:00 A.M. daily, except
weekends and holidays
SECTION 2. Publication shall be made one time in the official
publication of the City of Corpus Christi by publishing the caption of
this ordinance, stating in substance the purpose of the ordinance.
