AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, 1976 REVISION, AS AMENDED, BY AMENDING
SECTION 53 -252, SCHEDULE III, PARKING PROHIBITED
AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS, BY ADDING THERETO
AN ITEM WHICH WI L PROHIBIT P RKING AT ALL TIMES ON
NUECES BAY BOULEVARD, WEST SIDE, FROM A POINT 190
FEET SOUTH OF THE CENTERLINE OF SUMMERS STREET TO
WEST BROADWAY; AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION.
TEXAS: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
SECTION 1. That the Code of Ordinances, City of Corpus Christi,
1976 Revision, be and the same is hereby amended by amending Section 53 -252,
Schedule III - PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS, by adding
thereto the following item:
NUECES BAY BOULEVARD, west side, from a point 190 feet
south of the centerline of Summers Street to West Broad-
way.
SECTION 2. Publication shall be made one time in the official
publication of the City of Corpus Christi, by publishing the caption of
this ordinance, stating in substance the purpose of the ordinance.
