BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, SECTION 1. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of $79,443.96 as follows: $51,584.99 out of the No. 220 Street Bond Fund 197.67 out of the No. 245 Airport Bond Fund 11,826.90 out of the No. 250 Sanitary Sewer Bond Fund 419.44 out of the No. 291 Park Bond Fund 5,997.54 out of the No. 295 Storm Sewer Bond Fund 4,868.60 out of the No. 162 Federal /States Grant Fund, Activity 4736, Code 502 177.89 out of the No. 162 Federal /States Grant Fund, Activity 4741, Code 501 4,420.93 out of the No. 162 Federal /States Grant Fund, Activity 4741, Code 502 to supplement $1,530.46 remaining from funds previously appropriated for inci- dental and related expenses, applicable to various projects as shown on the tabulation, marked Exhibit "A ", attached hereto and made a part hereof. SECTION 2. That authorization is hereby given for reimbursement of $80,974.42 to the No. 102 General Fund for engineering services performed during August and September, 1978, and not previously reimbursed. SECTION 3. That the necessity to authorize reimbursement to the No. 102 General Fund for engineering services performed during August and September, 1978 creates a public emergency and an imperative public necessity A c'i ,1 AUDII [,UL 0 81980 14593 requiring the suspension of the Charter rule that no ordinance or resolution shall be passed finally on the date of its introduction but that such ordi- nance or resolution shall be read at three several meetings of the City Council, and the Mayor having declared such emergency and necessity exist, and having requested the suspension of the Charter rule and that this ordinance be passed finally on the date of its introduction and take effect and be in full force and effect from and after its passage, IT IS ACCORDINGLY SO ORDAINED, this.the day of November, 1978.
