BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That there is hereby appropriated out of the Park Trust Fund No. 111 for reimbursement to the General Fund No. 102, Activity 4122-603, for installation of shelters in Greenwood, Lions and Malibu Parks by the Park Division,the sum of $3,921.90, of which sum $3,252.88 is for the shelter installed in Greenwood Park, $2,365.17 of which is out of Park Trust Fund No. 111-1763, Greenwood Pooand $887.71 is out of Park �r1 Trust Fund No. 111-1752, Unrestricted; $588.94 is out of Park Trust Fund No. 111-1793, Lions Park; and $80.08 is out of Park Trust Fund No. 111-1796, Malibu' 'Park. SECTION 2. The necessity to authorize reimbursement to the No. 102 General Fund as aforesaid creates a public emergency and an imperative public necessity requiring the suspension of the Charter rule that no ordinance or resolution shall be passed finally on the date of its intro- duction but that such ordinance or resolution shall be read at three several meetings of the City Council, and the Mayor having declared that such emer- gency and necessity exist, and having requested the suspension of the Charter rule and'that this ordinance be passed finally on the date of its introduc- tion and take effect and be in full force and effect from and after its passage, IT IS ACCORDINGLY SO ORDAINED, this the .24._ day of August, 1979.
