H. CONSENT AGENDA Notice to the Public The following items are of a routine or administrative nature. The Council has been furnished with background and support material on each item, and/or it has been discussed at a previous meeting. Resolution authorizing the City Manager or his designee to accept a grant of $22,500 from the Texas Department of State Health Services to provide laboratory services for the analysis of bay water samples and to execute all related documents. Resolution authorizing the City Manager or his designee to accept a grant of $202,923 from the Texas Department of State Health Services to provide essential public health services and to execute all related documents.
