AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT WITH FULTON
CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION/COASTCON CORPORATION, A JOINT
VENTURE, FOR POLICE STATION AND MUNICIPAL COURT FACILITY;
APPROPRIATING $930,031.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to
execute a contract with Fulton Construction Corporation/Coastcon
Corporation, A Joint Venture, for the Police Station and Municipal
Court Facility, all as more fully set forth in the plans and
specifications and contract documents on file in the office of the
City Secretary, all of which are made a part hereof by reference and
according to the bid of Fulton Construction Corporation/Coastcon
Corporation, a joint venture, said bid being the lowest and most
advantageous to the City of Corpus Christi.
SECTION 2. That there is hereby appropriated $930,031 from
the No. 532 Public Health and Safety Bond Fund to supplement
previously appropriated funds.
