AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A DEED CONVEYING 1,160 SQUARE
FEET OF RIGHT-OF-WAY LOCATED AT THE INTERSECTION OF BOOTY
AND MCKENZIE STREETS TO THE NUECES COUNTY MENTAL HEALTH AND
MENTAL RETARDATION COMMUNITY CENTER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to
execute a deed conveying 1160 square feet of right -a -way located at
the intersection of Booty and McKenzie Streets as described in the
metes and bounds description, a substantial copy of which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof, marked Exhibit A, to the Nueces County
Mental Health and Mental Retardation Community Center.
