AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A FIVE-YEAR CERTIFICATE OF
PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY FOR TAXICAB SERVICE OWNED
AND OPERATED BY MR. HOWARD KING, DBA, KING CAB COMPANY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That there is hereby authorized the issuance of
a five-year certificate of public convenience and necessity for
taxicab service owned and operated by Mr. Howard King, dba, King Cab
Company to operate a maximum of three taxicabs, in accordance with the
applicant's application.
