APPROVING THE DEVELOPER'S APPLICATION AND AUTHORIZING
REIMBURSEMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $39,719.39 TO JOHN T. TUCKER
AND JACK L. TUCKER FOR THE INSTALLATION OF WATER GRID MAIN
IN YORKSHIRE ESTATES SUBDIVISION; APPROPRIATING $39,719.39.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the developer's application is hereby
approved and reimbursement is authorized in the amount of $39,719.39
to John T. Tucker and Jack L. Tucker, developers of Yorkshire Estates,
Block 4, Lot 21, and Yorkshire Estates Subdivision, for the
installation of 1,300 linear feet of 12" water grid main.
SECTION 2. That there is hereby appropriated $39,719.39
from the No. 143-246.95 Water Arterial Transmission and Grid Main
Trust Fund.
