AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 20544 BY AMENDING SECTION 3 IN ORDER
TO ADOPT THE FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS
ON THE FOLLOWING STREET:
AIRLINE ROAD
1. Airline Road, from Wooldridge Road to Holly Road,
2. Cimmaron Road, from Wooldridge Road to Airline Road,
and
3. Misty Meadow Road, from Cimmaron Road Northwest for 438
Linear Feet to the existing improvements.
AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 20544,
December 20, 1988, be amended by amending Section

SECTION 2. That upon written request of the Mayor or five
Council members, copy attached, to find and declare an emergency due
to the need for efficient and effective administration of City affairs
by the adoption of the final, corrected assessment roll as aforesaid,
such finding of an emergency is made and declared requiring suspension
of the Charter rule as to consideration and voting upon ordinances at
three regular meetings so that this ordinance is passed and shall take
effect upon first reading as an emergency measure this the �3.. day

This project will include :he construction tf improvements to the fold
streets:
Airline Road, _rom 'Wog'_ -rid L- Road Ho i1Road,
2. Cimarron Road, _rom Wooldridge Road to ALrline Road, and
3. Misty Meadow Road, from Cimarron Road northwest for
438 Linear Fee: to the existing improvements.
These streets shall be constructed by excavation to „ width and depth to
permit the laving of a standard n" curb and gutter section, 6" compacted
subgrade, 8" flexible caliche 'base,Type "B" Hot Mix asphaltic concrete
and 2" of Type "D" Hot Mix asphaltic pavement. Airline and Cimarron Roads
will be 62' in width, BOC and `list. Meadow Road will be 40' in width. There
will be 4' wide reinforced concrete sidewalks, 4" thick and 5" chick rein-
forced concrete driveway constructed as shown on the glans.
The assessment rates have been cal_ulated in accordance wird the latest paving
policy adopted by the City. Based on this policy, the Wooldridge Creek Chit 9
platting agreement and the low 5Li prices submitted by Bav incorporated, the
assessment rates are as follows:
