AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT WITH PROGRESSIVE
STRUCTURES, INC. FOR EXPANSION OF THE GREENWOOD LIBRARY;
AND APPROPRIATING $20,261.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to
execute a contract with Progressive Structures, Inc. for expansion of
the Greenwood Library, all as more fully set forth in the plans and
specifications and contract documents on file in the office of the
City Secretary, all of which are made a part hereof by reference and
according to the bid of Progressive Structures, Inc., said bid being
the lowest and most advantageous to the City of Corpus Christi.
SECTION 2. That there is hereby appropriated $5,000 from
the Library Trust Fund, Project No. 111-000-243.05-000, and $15,261
from the Library Bond Fund, Project No. 269-601-606.93.
