ACCEPTING THE 16TH YEAR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT
PROGRAM AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE ALL
RELATED DOCUMENTS; AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR APPROVED 16TH
YEAR PROJECTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the 16th Year Community Development Block
Grant Program is hereby accepted and that the City Manager is hereby
authorized to execute all related documents.
SECTION 2. That funds provided by Community Development
Block Grant Program are hereby appropriated for approved 16th Year
projects in accordance with said 16th Year Plan.
