AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT IN THE AMOUNT OF
$30,425 WITH MALTBY BUILDERS TO RE -ROOF THE SID RICHARDSON
BUILDING AND THE OAK PARK RECREATION CENTER; AND
APPROPRIATING $20,000.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to
execute a contract in the amount of $30,425 with Maltby Builders to
re -roof the Sid Richardson Building and the Oak Park Recreation
Center, all as more fully set forth in the plans and specifications
and contract documents on file in the office of the City Secretary,
all of which are made a part hereof by reference and according to the
bid of Maltby Builders, said bid being the lowest and most
advantageous to the City of Corpus Christi.
SECTION 2. That there is hereby appropriated $20,000 from
the interest earnings of the No. 111-000-243.54-000, Economic
Development Trust Fund.
