AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A QUIT CLAIM DEED TO SAM SUSSER
FOR THE LOS ANGELES HILLS PLAZA TRACT FOR A CASH
CONSIDERATION OF $5,000.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to
execute a Quit Claim Deed to Sam Susser for the Los Angeles Hills
Plaza Tract for a cash consideration of $5,000.
