HomeMy WebLinkAbout020983 ORD - 09/11/1990AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 20758 WHICH CLOSED TRAVIS AVENUE BETWEEN SCHANEN BOULEVARD AND DUBLIN DRIVE TO INCLUDE A PROVISION TO PROVIDE FOR PAYMENT OF $13,981.13 WHICH HAS BEEN DETERMINED TO BE THE FAIR MARKET VALUE OF TRAVIS AVENUE AND REQUIRING REPLATTING WITHIN 180 DAYS OF PASSAGE OF ORDINANCE AMENDMENT; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That Ordinance 20758 which closed Travis Avenue between Schanen Boulevard and Dublin Drive is hereby amended to provide for payment of $13,981.31 which has been determined to be the fair market value of Travis Avenue and requiring replatting within 180 days of passage of ordinance amendment so that the second and third provisions of Ordinance 20758 read as follows: Depositing $13,981.31 with the City of Corpus Christi, which is the fair market value of the property, to be placed in the Street Trust Fund. Replatting the property within 180 days of passage of the ordinance amendment. SECTION 2.
