APPROVING THE DEVELOPER'S APPLICATION AND AUTHORIZING
REIMBURSEMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $18,335.96 TO JOSLIN
PARTNERSHIP LIMITED, OWNERS AND DEVELOPERS OF LOT 1,
BLOCK 1, JOSLIN TRACTS SUBDIVISION, FOR THE INSTALLATION OF
166 FEET OF 10 -INCH PVC SANITARY SEWER; AND APPROPRIATING
$18,335.96.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the developer's application is hereby
approved and reimbursement is authorized in the amount of $18,335.96
to Joslin Partnership Limited, owners and developers of Lot 1,
Block 1, Joslin Tracts Subdivision, for the installation of 166 feet
of 10 -inch PVC sanitary sewer per Ordinance No. 17396.
SECTION 2. That there is hereby appropriated $18,335.96
from the No. 145-247.96 Sanitary Sewer Collection Line Trust Fund.
