THE BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI FOR THE
1990-91 FISCAL YEAR TO REFLECT AN INCREASE: TO
GENERAL FUND, LATCHKEI REVENUE, nF $31,825, ANP AN
INCREASE OE GENERAL FUND, LATCHKEY APPROPRIATION, of
$31,825; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION I. That Ord' ince ?,0959 which adopted and
approved the budget for the City of Corpus Christi for the 1990-91
fiscal year is hereby amended to reflect an increase to General Fund,
Latchkey Revenues, of $31,825, and an increase to General Fund,
Latchkey Appropriations, of $31,825
SECTION 2. That upon written request of rhe Mayor er
five Council members, copy attached, to find and declare an emergency
due to the need for the efficient and affective administration of City
affairs, such finding of an emergency is made and declared requiring
suspension of the Charter rule as to consideration and voting upon
ordinances at three regular meetings so that this ordinance in passed
and shall take effect upon first reading a5 an emergency measure this

For the reasons set forth in they emergency clause of the t"redoing
ordinance an emergency exists requiring suspension of thr Charter rule
as to consideration and voting upon ordinances at three regular
meetings; I/we, therefore, request that you suspend said Charter rule
and pass this ordinance finally on the date it is introduced, or al
the present meeting of the City Council.
