APPROPRIATING $3,300,000 FROM THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND
AND AUTHORIZING THE FUNDS TO BE TRANSFERRED TO THE DEBT
SERVICE FUND.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That there is hereby appropriated $3,300,000
from the Capital Improvement Fund, and the transfer of these funds to
the Debt Service Fund is hereby authorized.
