Home My WebLink About021001 ORD - 10/09/1990AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 55-50, 55-61, AND 55-100 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, REGARDING WATER, GAS, AND WASTEWATER RATES; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That rates for utility service within the City of Corpus Christi be and the same are hereby amended as follows: (a) Section 55-50, Code of Ordinances, Christi (Water Rates): All rates in hereby increased by three percent (3%) (b) Section 55-61, Code of Ordinances, Christi (Gas Rates): All rates in hereby increased by two percent (2%). (c) Section 55-100, Code of Ordinances, City of Corpus Christi (Sewer Rates): All rates in this section (except for dried sludge) are hereby increased by nine and one-half percent (9 1/2%). SECTION 2. That all ordinance and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. SECTION 5.
