That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute Supplemental Agreement No. 4 to Federal Aviation Administration lease DOT-FA76SW-1197 to complete improvements to their leased space at Corpus Christi International Airport, all as more fully set forth in Supplemental Agreement No. 4, a substantial copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, marked Exhibit A. SECTION 2. The Lessor agrees to be fully responsible for the purohaae and installation of the oarpeting for the areae identified in attachment "A," and the quality and selection Of oarpet as identified in attachment "B." The Government shall sake a one-time payment of *3,557.55 upon completion of oarpetinj, as specified above, and coats of relooattng/installation of door and looks as specified above, upon receipt of lnvoloe, "Not to Biased *7,000.00."
