AUTHORIZING THE THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO TRANSFER
UNOBLIGATED FUNDS IN THE MUSEUM TRUST ACCOUNTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager or his designee is hereby
authorized to transfer unobligated funds in the Museum Trust Accounts
to the Friends of the Corpus Christi Museum of the Science and History
Foundation.
