AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3 OF ORDINANCE 021875, PASSED FEBRUARY 22, 1994, TO ADOPT THE FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL SPECIFYING ASSESSMENTS LEVIED AGAINST THE PROPERTY OWNERS AND PROPERTY ABUTTING ON McKINZIE ROAD FROM HAVEN DRIVE TO McKINZIE LANE, ALL IN CONNECTION WITH THE McKINZIE ROAD IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. Section 3 of Ordinance 021875, passed February 22, 1994, is amended by adopting the final assessment roll specifying assessments levied against the property owners and property abutting on McKinzie Road from Haven Drive to McKinzie Lane, all in connection with the McKinzie Road Improvements Project. A copy of the final assessment roll is attached and incorporated as Exhibit A. SECTION 2. That upon written request of the Mayor or five Council members, copy attached, to find and declare an emergency due to the need for immediate action necessary for the efficient and effective administration of City affairs, such finding of an emergency is made and declared requiring suspension of the Charter rule as to consideration and voting upon ordinances at two regular meetings so that t 's ordinance isassed d shall take effect upon first reading as an emergency measure this the owief Day of Lt / n , 1997.
