AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO
EXECUTE A FIVE-YEAR LEASE, WITH LANDRY'S SEAFOOD AND
STEAK HOUSE -CORPUS CHRISTI, INC. TO OPERATE A RESTAURANT
ON THE PEOPLES STREET T -HEAD, IN CONSIDERATION OF
PAYMENT OF THE GREATER OF $6,000 PER MONTH OR 2.75% OF
MONTHLY GROSS SALES; AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute a Five -Year
lease, with Landry's Seafood and Steak House -Corpus Christi, Inc., to operate a restaurant on the
Peoples Street T -Head in consideration of payment of the greater of $6,000 per month or 2.75% of
monthly Gross Sales, a copy of which is on file with the City Secretary.
SECTION 2. Publication shall be made in the official publication of the City of Corpus
Christi as required by the City Charter of the City of Corpus Christi.
