AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO
EXECUTE A 10 -YEAR LEASE WITH OSO LITTLE MISS KICKBALL
LEAGUE FOR TRACTS 1 & 2 SOUTH GUTH PARK IN CONSIDERATION
OF OSO LITTLE MISS KICKBALL MAINTAINING PREMISES AND
IMPROVING AND OFFERING A KICKBALL PROGRAM; AND
PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager, or his designee, is hereby authorized to execute a
10 -year lease with Oso Little Miss Kickball League for Tracts 1 & 2 South Guth Park in
consideration of Oso Little Miss Kickball maintaining premises and improving and offering a
kickball program. A copy of the lease is on file with the City Secretary.
SECTION 2. Publication will be made in the official publication of the City of Corpus
Christi as required by the City Charter of the City of Corpus Christi.
