AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO
EXECUTE A 5 -YEAR LEASE WITH TEJAS BOWMEN ARCHERY CLUB
FOR APPROXIMATELY 40 ACRES OF CITY PROPERTY ALONG
ALLISON DRIVE DESIGNATED AS TRACTS "A" AND "B", NUECES
VIEW TRACTS, FOR ARCHERY RANGE IN CONSIDERATION OF TEJAS
BOWMEN ARCHERY CLUB MAINTAINING THE PREMISES; AND
PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager, or his designee, is hereby authorized to execute a
5 -year lease with Tejas Bowmen Archery Club for approximately 40 acres of City property along
Allison Drive designated as Tracts "A" and "B", Nueces View Tracts, for Archery Range in
consideration of Tejas Bowmen Archery Club maintaining the premises . A copy of the lease is on
file with the City Secretary.
SECTION 2. Publication will be made in the official publication of the City of Corpus
Christi as required by the City Charter of the City of Corpus Christi.
