ACCEPTING NUECES COUNTYCOMMISSIONER COURT'S
RELINQUISHMENT OF NUECES COUNTY'S RIGHTS
UNDER A PARKING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI AND NUECES COUNTY DATED
DECEMBER 5, 1957 TO THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI
FOR THE GATEWAY PROJECT, AS EVIDENCED BY
ORDER DATED JANUARY 26, 1996, FILED IN VOL. 28,
PAGES 593-594 NUECES COUNTY COMMISSIONER
COURT MINUTES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City of Corpus Christi accepts the Nueces County Commissioner Court's
relinquishment of Nueces County's rights under a parking agreement between the City of Corpus
Christi and Nueces County dated December 5, 1957 to the City of Corpus Christi for the Gateway
Project, as evidenced by Order of the Commissioner Court dated January 26, 1996, filed in Vol. 28,
pages 593-594 of the Nueces County Commissioner Court Minutes.
