AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO
EXECUTE A 10 -YEAR LEASE WITH CENTRAL PARK LITTLE LEAGUE
FOR 4.32 ACRES AT PRICE PARK IN CONSIDERATION OF CENTRAL
PARK LITTLE LEAGUE MAINTAINING THE PREMISES AND
IMPROVEMENTS AND OPERATING A LITTLE LEAGUE PROGRAM;
AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager, or his designee, is hereby authorized to execute a
10 -year lease with Central Park Little League for 4.32 acres at Price Park in consideration of Central
Park Little League maintaining the premises and improvements and operating a little league
program. A copy of the lease is on file with the City Secretary.
SECTION 2. Publication will be made in the official publication of the City of Corpus
Christi as required by the City Charter of the City of Corpus Christi.
