ORDINANC?
AMENDING THE MANUAL OF DRIVEWAY DESIGN AND
CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS, ADOPTED IN THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES, CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI SECTION 49-40 BY
INCREASING THE DRIVEWAY PERMIT APPLICATION FEE FROM $40
TO $45; AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The Manual of Driveway Design and Construction Standards, adopted in
Corpus Christi Code Section 49-40, is amended by increasing the driveway permit application fee
from $40 to $45.
SECTION 2. Publication will be made one time in the official publication of the City of
Corpus Christi by publishing the caption stating in substance the purpose of the ordinance. This
ordinance will be effective upon publication.
