EXPRESSING THE INTENT TO REIMBURSE THE COMBINED UTILITY
SYSTEMS FUND FOR COSTS OF CERTAIN WASTEWATER SYSTEM
IMPROVEMENTS TO BE MADE AS PART OF THE OSO WASTEWATER
TREATMENT PLANT: STRUCTURAL/PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
To ensure that wastewater system improvements being made as part of the Oso Wastewater
Treatment Plant: Structural/Process Improvements Project are made promptly, interim funding for
these improvements will come from the FY 97-98 Combined Utility Systems Fund.
In turn, it is intended that the Combined Utility Systems Fund will be reimbursed for the
costs of these improvements from either revenue bond sale proceeds or as part of the proposed Tax -
Exempt Commercial Paper Program.
