BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That the City Code of Ordinances Chapter 9 - Aviation, Section 9-62, Passenger Facility Charge, is amended as follows: The airport is hereby authorized to collect three dollars ($3.00) per enplaned passenger at airport for a period of approximately five (5) years beginning November 1, 1992 and ending Oetaber May 31, 19978. (Ordinance No. 21483, § 1, 9-22-92) SECTION 2. Publication shall be made one time in the official publication of the City of Corpus Christi as required by the City Charter of the City of Corpus Christi.
