HomeMy WebLinkAbout023060 ORD - 09/16/1997ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $3,618 FROM AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION GRANT AGREEMENT AUTHORIZED ON DECEMBER 15, 1992 BY M92-334, FOR AIRPORT IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 3-48-0051-19-93 IN THE NO. 245 AIRPORT CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND; AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 022742 WHICH ADOPTED THE FY 96-97 CAPITAL BUDGET BY ADDING S3,618 TO THE NO. 245 AIRPORT CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That $3,618 from Amendment No. 1 to the Federal Aviation Administration Grant Agreement, authorized on December 15, 1992 by M92-334 for Airport Improvement Project 3-48-0051-19-93, is appropriated in the No. 245 Airport Capital Improvement Fund. SECTION 2. That Ordinance No.022742 which adopted the FY 96-97 Capital Budget is amended by increasing the No. 245 Airport Capital Improvement Fund appropriation by $3,618. SECTION 3. That upon written request of the Mayor or five Council members, copy attached, to find and declare an emergency due to the need for immediate action necessary for the efficient and effective administration of City affairs, such finding of an emergency is made and declared requiring suspension of the Charter rule as to consideration and voting upon ordinances at two regular meetings so that this ordinancei passed and shall take effect upon first reading as an emergency measure this the 112fh day of, A' ak fY Liu; , 1997.
