AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO
EXECUTE A PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT WITH SO -SAN
CORPORATION, FOR PUBLIC STREET IMPROVEMENTS ON OSO
PARKWAY NOT TO EXCEED $33,981.40 FOR CITY'S SHARE OF COSTS
OF THE IMPROVEMENTS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute a
participation agreement with So -San Corporation, for public street improvements on Oso Parkway
not to exceed $33,981.40 for the City's share of the costs of the improvements.
