EXPRESSING THE INTENT TO REIMBURSE THE COMBINED UTILITY
SYSTEMS FUND FOR COSTS OF CERTAIN WATER SYSTEM
IMPROVEMENTS TO BE MADE AS PART OF THE O.N. STEVENS
WATER TREATMENT PLANT CHEMICAL MONITORING SYSTEM,
PHASE 1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
To ensure that improvements to be made as part of the O.N. Stevens Water Treatment Plant
Chemical Monitoring System, Phase 1 are made promptly, interim funding for this project will come
from the FY 97-98 Combined Utility Systems Fund. It is intended that the Combined Utility
Systems Fund will be reimbursed from the proposed Tax -Exempt Commercial Paper Program. In
turn, the Tax -Exempt Commercial Paper Program will be reimbursed with utility system revenue
bond funds.
