EXPRESSING THE INTENT TO REIMBURSE THE COMBINED UTILITY
SYSTEMS FUND FOR COSTS OF CERTAIN WASTEWATER SYSTEM
IMPROVEMENTS TO BE MADE AS PART OF THE BIOSOLIDS
MANAGEMENT PLAN - 1997 PROJECT.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
To ensure that improvements to be made as part of the Biosolids Management Plan - 1997
Project are made promptly, interim funding for this project will come from the FY 97-98 Combined
Utility Systems Fund. It is intended that the Combined Utility Systems Fund will be reimbursed
from the proposed Tax -Exempt Commercial Paper Program. In turn, the Tax -Exempt Commercial
Paper Program will be reimbursed with utility system revenue bond funds.
