NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That the City Manager, or his designee, is hereby authorized to execute a 10 -year lease with The Corpus Christi Independent School District for approximately 1.34 acres at Long Meadow Drive and Merganser Street in consideration of Corpus Christi Independent School District installing and operating a covered play slab with basketball equipment. A copy of the lease is on file with the City Secretary. SECTION 2.
