HomeMy WebLinkAbout023120 ORD - 10/28/1997ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $9,863 FROM BARCLAY GROVE UNIT 3A DEVELOPER'S CONTRIBUTION TO DRAINAGE CHANNEL NO. 31 IN THE NO. 111 DRAINAGE CHANNEL 31 TRUST FUND; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 023059 WHICH APPROPRIATED THE TRUST FUNDS, BY ADDING $9,863 TO THE NO. 111 DRAINAGE CHANNEL 31 TRUST FUND; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That the $9,863 Developer contribution for Barclay Grove Unit 3A is appropriated to the No. 111 Drainage Channel 31 Trust Fund. SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 023059, which appropriated the Trust Funds, is amended by adding $9,863 to the No. 111 Drainage Channel 31 Trust Fund. SECTION 3. That upon written request of the Mayor or five Council members, copy attached, to find and declare an emergency due to the need for immediate action necessary for the efficient and effective administration of City affairs, such finding of an emergency is made and declared requiring suspension of the Charter rule as to consideration and voting upon ordinances at two regular meetings so that this 9rdinance is paAsed and shall take effect upon first reading as an emergency measure this the ,A?b f A day of Li('t,,Au) , 1997.
