EXPRESSING THE INTENT TO REIMBURSE THE NO. 544 AIRPORT
CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND FOR COSTS OF CERTAIN REVISIONS TO
THE FUTURE AIRPORT LAYOUT PLAN AND FINANCIAL PLAN TO BE
MADE AS PART OF THE 1997 MASTER PLAN UPDATE, PART 150 NOISE
COMPATIBILITY STUDY, AND DRAINAGE STUDY.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
To ensure that improvements to be made as part of the 1997 Master Plan Update, Part 150
Noise Compatibility Study, and Drainage Study are made promptly, interim funding for this project
will come from the No. 544 Airport Capital Projects Fund. It is intended that the Airport Capital
Projects Fund will be reimbursed from the proposed Revenue Bond Sale with the revenue bond
funds backed by the Passenger Facility Charge.
