EXPRESSING THE INTENT TO REIMBURSE THE NO. 117 AIRPORT
OPERATING FUND FOR COSTS OF FINANCIAL ADVISORY SERVICES
FROM JOHN F. BROWN COMPANY FOR THE PASSENGER FACILITY
CHARGE APPLICATION AND RESULTING REVENUE BOND SALE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
To ensure that financial advisory services be provided to fund the Capital Improvement
Program for Corpus Christi International Airport. Interim funding for this project will come from
the No. 117 Airport Operating Fund. It is intended that the Airport Operating Fund will be
reimbursed from the proposed Revenue Bond Sale with the revenue bond funds backed by the
Passenger Facility Charge.
