AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO
EXECUTE AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT WITH NUECES COUNTY
FOR ROAD CONSTRUCTION WITHIN THE EXISTING HAVEN ROAD
RIGHT-OF-WAY ADJACENT TO JOINTLY OWNED CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI AND NUECES COUNTY PROPERTY WHICH IS TO BE USED
FOR RECREATIONAL PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager, or his designee, is hereby authorized to execute an
interlocal agreement with Nueces County for road construction within the existing Haven Road
right-of-way adjacent to jointly owned City of Corpus Christi and Nueces County property which
is to be used for recreational purposes.
