AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO
EXECUTE AGREEMENTS WITH THE CORPUS CHRISTI BEACH
ASSOCIATION AND THE TEXAS GENERAL LAND OFFICE - COASTAL
MANAGEMENT PROGRAM FOR THE CITY TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL
MANAGEMENT OF THE COASTAL MANAGEMENT PROGRAM GRANT
FOR THE CORPUS CHRISTI BEACH DEVELOPMENT PLAN.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager, or his designee, is hereby authorized to execute
agreements with the Corpus Christi Beach Association and the Texas General Land Office - Coastal
Management Program for the City to provide financial management of the Coastal Management
Program grant for the Corpus Christi Beach Development Plan.
