3210, Project No. 120095, for improvements to the Anita & W. T.
Neyland Public Library from the following sources: $2,440.78 from
royalties from oil, gas and mineral interests bequeathed to the City
Library from the Estate of William T. Neyland and $500.00 from clean
energy credits; changing the FY 2011-2012 Capital Budget adopted
by Ordinance No. 029135 to increase appropriations by $2,940.78.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That $2,940.78 is appropriated into the Library CIP Fund No. 3210,
Project No. 120095, for improvements to the Anita & W. T. Neyland Public Library from
the following sources: $2,440.78 from royalties from oil, gas and mineral interests
bequeathed to the City Library from the Estate of William T. Neyland and $500.00 from
clean energy credits.
SECTION 2. That the FY 2011-2012 Capital Budget adopted by Ordinance No. 029135
is changed to increase appropriations by $2,940.78.
