Agreement with Rotary Club of West Corpus Christi for the use of property near
McKenzie Road and Allison Drive by Boy Scout troop sponsored by the Rotary
Club, in consideration of the Rotary Club maintaining the premises and
improvements
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute a five-year
Lease Agreement with Rotary Club of West Corpus Christi for the use of City property
near McKenzie Road and Allison Drive by Boy Scout troop sponsored by the Rotary Club,
in consideration of the Rotary Club maintaining the premises and improvements. A copy
of the lease shall be filed with the City Secretary's Office.
That the foregoing ordinance was read for the first time and passed to its second
reading on this the r day of ftVada2,12.), 2017, by the following vote;
