Service Area, Sub Basin SPA 30; amending Comprehensive Plan; and providing publication. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has forwarded to the City Council its recommendation concerning the amendments to the Master Sanitary Sewer Plan for OSO W.R.P. Service Area, Sub Basin SPA 30, which are elements of the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas; WHEREAS, with proper notice to the public, public hearings were held on Wednesday, November 01, 2017, during a meeting of the Planning Commission, and on February 20, 2018, during a meeting of the City Council, during which all interested persons were allowed to appear and be heard; and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that these amendments would best serve public health, necessity, and convenience, and the general welfare of the City of Corpus Christi and its citizens; BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. The Master Sanitary Sewer Plan for OSO W.R.P. Service Area, Sub Basin SPA 30, an element of the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas(the "Comprehensive Plan"), are amended by relocating approximately 18 acres of land from Lift Station 13 service area as identified in the Wastewater Collection System Master Plan, Oso W.R.P. Service Area, Sub Basin SPA 30, to the Airline Lift Station service area as shown in Exhibits "A" and "B," which are attached to this ordinance and incorporated into this ordinance by reference as if fully set out in their entireties. SECTION 2. To the extent the amendments made by this ordinance represent a deviation from any element of the Comprehensive Plan, the Comprehensive Plan is amended to conform to the amendments made by this ordinance. SECTION 3. The Wastewater Collection System Master Plan for OSO W.R.P. Service Area, Sub Basin SPA 30, as amended from time to time and except as changed by this ordinance, remain in full force and effect. SECTION 4. Any ordinance or part of any ordinance in conflict with this ordinance is expressly repealed by this ordinance. SECTION 5. The City Council intends that every section, paragraph, subdivision, clause, phrase, word, or provision of this ordinance be given full force and effect for its purpose. Therefore, if any section, paragraph, clause, phrase, word, or provision of this ordinance is held invalid or unconstitutional by final judgment of a court of competent 031382 INDEXED jurisdiction, that judgment shall not affect any other section, paragraph, subdivision, clause, phrase, word, or provision of this ordinance. SECTION 6. Publication shall be made in the City's official as required by the City's Charter.
