kind match of $61,105, and program income match of $1,831 for a
total project cost of $1,147,620
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or designee is authorized to submit a grant application
in the amount of $410,973 to the Automobile Theft Prevention Authority (ATPA) to
continue the motor vehicle theft enforcement grant within the Police Department for
Year 18 with a City cash match of $673,711, in-kind services of $61,105, and a
program income match of $1,831 , fora total project cost of $1,147,620; and
authorizing the City Manager or designee to apply for, accept, reject, alter or terminate
the grant.
SECTION 2. In the event of the loss or misuse of these funds, the City of Corpus
Christi assures that the funds will be returned, in full, to the Automobile Theft Prevention
Authority.
