Whitecap Wastewater Treatment Plant to construct, operate and maintain a
dog park
Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, that:
Section 1. The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute a five-year Lease Agreement
with Riley P. Dog Park, Inc. for the use of approximately 2.5 acre tract of City property near
Whitecap Wastewater Treatment Plant off Whitecap Blvd. to construct, operate and maintain a
dog park.
That the foregoing ordinance,was read for the first time and passed to its second reading on this
